Jay Chase, Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
As the Chief Executive Officer, Jay Chase leads Pristine Pressure Washing with a strategic mindset and a deep dedication to customer satisfaction. With 6 years of experience in the business sector, Jay has a proven track record of optimizing service quality and fostering exceptional team performance.
Prior to founding/joining Pristine Pressure Washing, Jay gained valuable entrepreneurial insight from running Shmacked LLC, a streetwear company, alongside his years of expertise in back-end technology and systems management. Jay’s strategic foresight and dedication to scalable growth are instrumental in shaping our company’s future and expanding our impact.
Outside of work, Jay is passionate about getting stuff done, hitting the links, and driving cars.
Jacob Koach, Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Jacob Koach serves as our Chief Operating Officer, responsible for ensuring the seamless and efficient execution of our daily operations. With a strong background in mechanical engineering and industrial operations, Jacob plays a critical role in optimizing our service delivery and maintaining our equipment’s peak performance.
Jacob’s expertise lies in transforming complex mechanical systems into highly efficient processes, always with an eye on quality and reliability. Before joining Pristine Pressure Washing, he spent many years as a skilled industrial welder, gaining extensive hands-on experience with heavy machinery and engineering principles. His meticulous attention to detail and ability to foster high-performing teams are vital to our continued growth.
In his free time, Jacob enjoys working on restoration projects and exploring off-road trails.
